Log into the game during the month of May, 2012 (6:00a.m. PST on May 1st to 11:59p.m. PST on May 31st).
It is also possible to obtain this badge by defeating a specific Giant Monster only available during a Monster Mash. The exact monster is currently unknown. This has allowed some players to claim it on Rebirth Server.
