Phillipa is very demanding, but her sources are top notch.
I'd love for you to work with Phillipa Meraux, a former hero who now specializes in counter-terrorism. Go and see her if you want more information on the Rikti or Crey. She works primarily with natural heroes and has access to gadget and relic enhancments.
Information
Military Analyst
Christine Lansdale is a retired Air Force officer who now works as a military analyst for the armed forces as well as several private groups. She has recently begun doing some consulting for the Freedom Corps, whose non-profit ideology she prefers to the corporate culture of Hero Corps, one of her long-standing clients. Christine specializes in demystifying the military process for civilian companies and heroes who are trying to work with the armed forces. She has many friends and contacts on both sides of the fence, so she serves as a valuable intermediary between the secretive and suspicious military and the prideful and sometimes reckless heroes.

Go to the warehouse and recover anything you find there
Briefing
Investigations by some contacts of mine have located one of the main storage warehouses for the Family's smuggling operation in Independence Port. Now all I need is a hero willing to go to that warehouse and recover anything there. Hopefully, there might be something there that could link them to one of the European syndicates.
If the operation's ringleader is there, I want him arrested. Otherwise, I'm afraid this mission will be a failure.
Search the place thouroughly; we need to recover everything they have. Most importantly, do not let the ringleader escape. He's certain to have valuable information for us.
Mission Objective(s)
- Recover Family contraband
- 4 crates to search
- Don't let Draco escape!
Clue Superadine
The label on this Superadine sample is in Itallian. It would appear that the Family has connections in Europe.
Clue Sforza Horse
You found the Sforza Horse.
This valuable 'objet d'art' was stolen from a shipment on its way to the Paragon City Museum from Milan.
Clue Counterfeit Euro's
You found counterfeit Euro's.
The bundles of bogus bills in here are difficult to identify as counterfeits
Clue Draco talks
When you captured the smuggling ring's leader, Draco, he said: 'I'll tell you alls you wants to know! Just don't put me back out on the street after a failure like this!'
Notable NPCs
- Draco (Underboss)
Debriefing
You hit the jackpot! Superadine samples that were ready for shipping to Europe, couterfeit foreign bills, and a valuable art treasure stolen on it's way here. This will go a long way in bringing these thugs down.
Check the research facility...
Briefing
The Sky Raiders were recently stealing Rikti technology for a European crime syndicate. Interpol caught the syndicate's buyers, but not the Sky Raider contacts. Officially, the case is closed, but I think the Sky Raiders may try to make some side money by stealing more Rikti technology. We have their list of targets facilities, and I've been asking heroes to check things out. Could you go to one of the targeted facilities and make certain that Dr. Brandon Bradley and his people are safe?
If the Sky Raiders are going to attack that lab, you'll have your work cut out for you. Ensuring the safety of Dr. Bradley and his people will be your to priority. Also, the Sky Raiders employed jump-bots on each of the previous thefts, so if they do hit this place, you'll have to take it out too.
Mission Objective(s)
- Defeat leader Raider, his guards
- 2 technicians to save, Find Dr. Bradley
Clue: Dr. Bradley conversation
When you rescued him, Dr. Bradley told you:
'It's lucky you arrived when you did. The Sky Raiders were going to take anything that wasn't bolted fast! They wouldn't have found much here, however, as we had just transferred much of the Rikti technology we had been studying to another facility. However, they spoke of being on a tight schedule to finish this series of raids, so I'm afraid they may be planning to strike other locations.

Clue Sky Raider coordinates
Justine Kelly was able to pry a great deal of information from the Jumpbot memory core you captured, including a return location that should lead right back to the Sky Raiders.
Briefing Justine Kelly
Christine Lansdale said you would be coming. Jumpbot computers are normally destroyed when they self destruct, so this is a really lucky catch. Let me take a look. Deep analysis would take too long, but I can give you it's rendezvou coordinates. Go check them out.
Mission Objective(s)
- Defeat all Sky Raiders
