Overview

The UPA (Unified People's Army) is a band of Praetorian Resistance members and former Loyalists who are loyal to Calvin Scott. They believe that Primal Earth is going down the same path as Praetoria, and are doing everything they can to stop it, including allying with the Council.

The Battle Orb's blast deals minor damage, but will reduce its target's regeneration rate.

Shield Generator Team AoE Toggle, +Def(All), +Res(Immobilize, disorient
Creates a large bubble which protects all allies inside. While active, the Shield Generator gives all allies within increase defense to all attacks. The Force Field Generator also protects allies inside from Immobilization, and Disorient effects.

Deploy Stimulant Ally Heal, Res Effects
Heals a single targeted ally of some Hit Points and frees an ally from any status effects and leaves them resistant to such effects for a brief time.

The Battle Orb's Plasma Spray deals moderate damage in a large cone and reduces targets' regeneration rates.

The Plasmatic Taser fired by the Battle Orb is capable of immobilizing and damage foes in a large ranged cone in front of it.

The Battle Orb is capable of setting its plasma weapons to stun its target for a short time.

The members of the Resistance in the Unified People's Army make up those who were loyal to Calvin Scott's vision. They were unphased when it was revealed that he had a mental disorder causing him to believe that Aurora Pena was his wife; what mattered was the goal of fighting for the freedom of a new tomorrow. They fight now in the United People's Army with the belief that they stand for the freedom of mankind, even if mankind doesn't realize it.

The cannon fires a high density SABOT round at hypersonic speeds. The round can punch through multiple targets in a very small cone.

DUST forces are equipped with a variable fire plasma projection weapon. The default firing mode allows the DUST Ranger to use their weapon as a high efficiency flamethrower, launching exceptionally charged plasma streams at a target. This causes damage over time and reduces regeneration rates of affected targets.

The DUST primary weapon can have its ignition system switched off, allowing the soldier to fire the fuel as a projectile. This projectile bursts in a small area around the target, dealing toxic damage to all those in the vicinity. The volatile chemicals evaporate quickly, causing continuous toxic damage, as well as regeneration reduction and possible Endurance drain.

Shockwave Grenade Moderate DMG (Lethal/Smashing), DoT (Lethal), Knockback
DUST forces are equipped with a variable fire plasma projection weapon. Their secondary fire mode allows them to lob a highly damaging Shockwave Grenade at their target. This causes bleed damage over time and can knock their target from its feet.

The Heavy Trooper's rocket packs are armed with micro missiles loaded with nerve gas. These missiles cause minor lethal and fire damage immediately and may hold their targets. Targets struck by this attack will suffer toxic damage over time.

EMP Rockets Ranged (Targeted AoE), Light DMG(Lethal/Fire), Foe -Regen, -Recovery, -Endurance
These missiles deal light fire and lethal damage and emit a constant EMP pulse which will drain endurance from their targets as well as reducing their regeneration for a short time.

While this power is active, your chance to hit and that of all your nearby teammates' is increased. Your advanced Tactics also protect you and your team from Confuse and Fear effects, as well as your Perception so you can detect Stealthy foes. You must be at least level 14 and have Maneuvers or Assault before selecting Tactics.

The Infiltrators are elite assassins, drawn from the rank of both Loyalist and Resistance. They are fanatically devoted to Calvin Scott and his mission. They are equiped with advanced targeting computers that allow them to update combat data assessments in real time, improving the effects of their attacks and those of their allies. Infiltrators are both willing and able to take as many lives as possible in the name of bringing about their vision of the world.

Focused Shot Ranged, Minor DMG(Lethal), Special
You quickly fire a round from one of your pistols, causing lethal damage to a single target. If the target is also a designated target, additional lethal damage is done.

Dual Strike Ranged, Moderate DMG(Lethal), Minor DoT (Lethal), -DEF (Foe, All), Chance for Knockdown (Foe), Special
You fire a round from each of your pistols. These cause lethal damage and leave wounds that cause lethal damage over time. Additionally, the target's defenses are reduced and there is a chance the target may be knocked down. If the target is also a designated target, additional lethal damage is done.

Barrage Ranged (Cone), High DoT (Lethal), -ToHit (Foe), Chance for Knockdown (Foe), Special
You fire a barrage of bullets in a cone in front of you. Affected targets suffer lethal damage with each bullet that hits them. Targets also suffer a reduced chance to hit and may be knocked down. If the target is also a designated target, additional lethal damage is done.

Storm of Bullets Ranged (Targeted AoE), High DoT (Lethal), Knockback (Foe), -DMG(Foe, All)
You fire numerous bullets at your target so fast that the eye cannot keep up. This causes a warped bullet trajectory, which causes lethal damage with each hit, as well as an additional chance to knock the target back. The lingering effects of the storm reduce the target's attack speed. If the target is also a designated target, additional lethal damage is done.

Disrupting Shot Ranged (Narrow Cone), High DMG (Lethal), Minor DoT(Lethal/Toxic), -DMG(Foe, All), -RES(Foe, All), Special
You take aim and fire a single, powerful round at your target, piercing through any defenses they may have. The target suffers lethal damage from the initial shot, then additional lethal damage from their wound. The target is also exhausted, suffering reduced resistance to damage, regeneration and recovery. If the target is also a designated target, additional lethal damage is done.

Staggering Shot Ranged, Superior DMG (Lethal), -DMG (Foe, All), -DEF (Foe, All), -ToHit (Foe), +RES (Foe, Heal), Stun (Foe), Special
You fire a well aimed round at your target. This round strikes the target in a vulnerable spot, causing lethal damage and staggering them. The affected target is stunned and suffers reduced damage, defense, healing and chance to hit. If the target is also a designated target, additional lethal damage is done.

Targeting Data Acquired Auto (Self/Aliies), +Rech (Self/Allies), +ToHit (Self/Allies)
You update the targeting information available to all nearby allies, improving their chance to hit. Attack speed is also increased, as the more accurate information means your allies spend less time needing to prepare their attacks. Though targeting information is updated every 30 seconds, the most current update is only accurate for a portion of the time between updates, so this bonus will fall off before the next update can occur.

You paint a single target with a designator mark that allows you to do more damage against it. Setting a target is interruptible.

This desperation move fire all weapons on full automatic -- the plasma guns hitting nearby targets, the missile pods firing on those further out, the railguns on distant targets, with a little overlap between each system. It is designed to flatten the area, and is quite effective.

DUST Rangers are equipped with powered armor that allows them to easily carry their special plasma cannon. This also increases the strength of their melee blows, making a melee attack from a DUST member a serious threat.

Plasma Stream DoT (Fire, Energy), -Regen
DUST forces are equipped with a variable fire plasma projection weapon. The default firing mode allows the DUST Ranger to use their weapon as a high efficiency flamethrower, launching exceptionally charged plasma streams at a target. This causes damage over time and reduces regeneration rates of affected targets.

Toxic Burst Targeted AoE Toxic, DoT (Toxic), -Regen, -End
The DUST primary weapon can have its ignition system switched off, allowing the soldier to fire the fuel as a projectile. This projectile bursts in a small area around the target, dealing toxic damage to all those in the vicinity. The volatile chemicals evaporate quickly, causing continuous toxic damage, as well as regeneration reduction and possible Endurance drain.

Shockwave Grenade Moderate DMG (Lethal/Smashing), DoT (Lethal), Knockback
DUST forces are equipped with a variable fire plasma projection weapon. Their secondary fire mode allows them to lob a highly damaging Shockwave Grenade at their target. This causes bleed damage over time and can knock their target from its feet.

The DUST primary weapon charges up a powerful burst of plasma. The extreme heat of this attack gives it the potential to set you on fire. The burst of toxic chemicals may also reduce your regeneration.

They were unphased when it was revealed that he had a mental disorder causing him to believe that Aurora Pena was his wife; what mattered was the goal of fighting for the freedom of a new tomorrow. They fight now in the United People's Army with the belief that they stand for the freedom of mankind, even if mankind doesn't realize it.

This magic attuned rifle shoots concentrated bursts of magical energy. The Runesoldier does not have full control over their magical training, however, so these bursts are occasionally negative energy.

This desperation move fire all weapons on full automatic -- the plasma guns hitting nearby targets, the missile pods firing on those further out, the railguns on distant targets, with a little overlap between each system. It is designed to flatten the area, and is quite effective.

EMP Rockets Ranged (Targeted AoE), Light DMG(Lethal/Fire), Foe -Regen, -Recovery, -Endurance
These missiles deal light fire and lethal damage and emit a constant EMP pulse which will drain endurance from their targets as well as reducing their regeneration for a short time.
