The four Patrons are epic archvillains who help to command Arachnos. They battle heroes on Lord Recluse's behalf in Statesman's Task Force and Recluse's Victory, and they provide high level villains with the Patron Power Pools.
- Black Scorpion - patron of Mace Mastery
- Captain Mako - patron of Leviathan Mastery
- Ghost Widow - patron of Soul Mastery
- Scirocco - patron of Mu Mastery
