Flashing Steel (Temporary Power)

Description

These Syndicate blades were animated by their Telekineticists to strike on behalf of the wielder, even if they have no skill with the blade. They were confiscated from the Syndicate Takedown in Imperial City. Eventually, though, the animated effect will expire.

How to Get

Participate in the Syndicate Takedown event in Imperial City and make enough of a contribution for it to appear on the reward table.
