Colonel Barry Woodhouse was a Store NPC in the DMZ neighborhood of the Rikti Crash Site. He doesn't sell inspirations or enhancements and will only buy enhancements. His coordinates were (-319.5, 0, -336.5). He works for Military Intelligence and is gathering info on the Rikti activities.

This contact was removed in Issue 10, when the Rikti Crash Site became the Rikti War Zone.
