When you activate Radiation Infection, target an opposing super (as if with a ranged attack, chasing if necessary). This is not an attack and does not require an accuracy check. While Radiation Infection is on, the target and all opposing supers who are using the same combat tactic have -1 accuracy, and -1 defense. |
