Unspeakable Terror is a Fear enhancement set in the Invention System. It is available in the 10-30 level range.
There are six enhancements in this set:
- Unspeakable Terror: Accuracy/Recharge,
- Unspeakable Terror: Endurance/Fear,
- Unspeakable Terror: Accuracy/Endurance,
- Unspeakable Terror: Fear/Range,
- Unspeakable Terror: Accuracy/Fear/Recharge, and
- Unspeakable Terror: Disorient Bonus.
Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power, except for unique enhancements which, if present, are denoted by the 
symbol and are limited to one per character.
The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:
- Two enhancements improves the duration of your Fear effects by 2.2%.
- Three enhancements increases Energy and Negative Energy Resistance by 3%.
- Three enhancements increases Mez Resistance by 5%.
- Four enhancements increases Recovery by 2%.
- Five enhancements improves the Recharge of all your powers by 5%.
- Six enhancements increases Toxic and Psionic Resistance by 4.5%.
- Six enhancements increases Mez Resistance by 7.5%.
