:That's why there are links in the power tables (which are arranged by level) at the top of each power set article. Veil of the Mind
Anyone heard of a power called Veil of the Mind, for Warshades?
I found it mentioned in the pigg files for Issue9 Not sure if its been in there since b4 issue 9, its either new or old.
Eclipse Change
Just modified the explanation of Eclipse to state the resistance includes psionics. Also, I think that the layout of the powers are a bit random - could do with just listing them by level instead of some unknown setup that makes little sense. Hakster
