Overview
Shady Cage is located in Port Oakes at the bottom of the hill that Fort Hades sits on, in the Villa Montrose neighborhood, southeast of the Villa Montrose marker by about 310 feet. His coordinates are (-2188.5, 64.9, -1816.9). He is a Black Market contact.
As he does not show up on the map, it's not known when was he put into the game, but it was at least Issue 12 or earlier.
A true Black Market truck was added in Issue 13. However, Shady Cage is currently still an active Black Market contact (although he is not displayed on the map).
