SCoRE, short for Secret Cabal of Reverse Engineers, was a private server started sometime after Sunset. The SCoRE server was invite only and kept as a tightly held secret for years. The "SCoRE Conspiracy" was exposed on 04/15/2019. Shortly afterwards the City of Heroes source code was released and other private, but publicly accessible, servers were launched.
