Issue 16 Open Beta on Test
Issue 16: Power Spectrum has entered open beta on the US Test Server today.
Update - European access to the Issue 16 beta was introduced to the EU Test Server on August 28!
The Open Beta Release Notes are available on the official City of Heroes website.
