Yesterday's patch (2008-02-12, official patch notes) introduces several notable changes and new features players should be aware of, including:

The Combat Monitor Window and Attribute Monitor, providing access to all of a character's attributes in real time
XP Curve Adjustment, providing a global buff to experience as well as increasing the rate of experience over certain level ranges
