I need you to get over to a local warehouse on the double.  I have it on good authority that the [[Council]] is producing some sort of advanced robots there.  I want you to shut down the production of Council robots and retrieve some parts for analysis.  We have to be prepared if we're going to face a new threat.

The Council's robots were originally developed by [[Vandal]] in the 1940's.  They weren't called Zenith Mech Men then, since Vandal was working for [[5th Column|another organization]].  Ever since his research came under the Council's control, they've been trying to push things farther.  So be careful.  You could be going up against just about anything.
