Melee Core Genome is one of the abilities that can be used with the Hybrid Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Uncommon.
Description
Equipping this ability grants an auto 15% regeneration buff.
When toggled on, this power grants the user a stacking Regeneration and Damage Resistance(all) buff for each enemy within an 8 foot radius, as well as a base buff that is not dependent on an adjacent enemy. The effect reaches its maximum strength at 4 enemies.
The base toggled buff for regeneration is 30.6% and is buffed by 7.5% per enemy. The base Damage Resistance(all) buff is 1.36%, and is buffed by 1% per enemy.
