The only info available about issue 13 is that it will more than likely be a big issue, according to the developers, after the smaller Issue 12.


Confirmed Content

  • A new enemy faction in Issue 13 is pretty much defined by having a shield. [1]

Possible Issue 13 Content

  • Shields powerset: "Shields will be a defensive powerset, not an AT. They'll also be useable with any unarmed or right handed weapon powerset" [2]
  • New Zones, Costumes, Inventions, Powersets
  • Base Improvements
  • The addition of Blue Steel as a combative NPC.

Content Unlikely to be Added

  • Archnemesis/Alterego System
  • Full Powerset Customization
  • Graphics/UI Overhaul/Upgrade
