Cacophony is a Confuse enhancement set in the Invention System. It is available in the 10-30 level range.
There are six enhancements in this set:
- Cacophony: Accuracy/Recharge,
- Cacophony: Endurance/Confuse,
- Cacophony: Accuracy/Endurance,
- Cacophony: Confuse/Range,
- Cacophony: Accuracy/Confuse/Recharge, and
- Cacophony: Chance for Energy Damage
.
Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power, except for unique enhancements which, if present, are denoted by the 
symbol and are limited to one per character.
The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:
- Two enhancements increases Recovery by 1%.
- Three enhancements improves the duration of your Confuse effects by 1.5%.
- Four enhancements increases Toxic and Psionic Resistance by 3%.
- Four enhancements increases Mez Resistance by 5%.
- Five enhancements increases Area Effect Defense by 2.5%.
- Five enhancements increases Fire and Cold Defense by 1.25%.
- Six enhancements increases Ranged Defense by 2.5%.
- Six enhancements increases Energy and Negative Energy Defense by 1.25%.
