Brilliant Leadership is a Pet Damage enhancement set in the Invention System. It is available in the 15-40 level range.
There are six enhancements in this set:
- Brilliant Leadership: Accuracy/Damage,
- Brilliant Leadership: Damage/Endurance,
- Brilliant Leadership: Accuracy/Endurance,
- Brilliant Leadership: Accuracy/Damage/Endurance,
- Brilliant Leadership: Accuracy, and
- Brilliant Leadership: Damage.
Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power, except for unique enhancements which, if present, are denoted by the 
symbol and are limited to one per character.
The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:
- Two enhancements improves your Regeneration by 4%.
- Three enhancements improves the duration of your Confuse effects by 1%.
- Four enhancements increases Lethal and Smashing Resistance by 2.25%.
- Four enhancements increases Mez Resistance by 3.75%.
- Five enhancements improves your Movement by 3%.
- Six enhancements increases Toxic and Psionic Resistance by 4.5%.
- Six enhancements increases Mez Resistance by 7.5%.
