Archon winter is a non-fighting NPC
Villians kidnap him in the mission, "Catch Archon Winter" from Angelo Vendetti (levels 5-9)
Description
A Council Archon is normally a force to be reckoned with. But this man is barely standing due to his injuries. He should be easy to capture and control.
