I'm glad that His lordship has noted your commitment to him. It is a great honor indeed. Let's begin.

You are standing in a secure [[Arachnos]] base, below [[Atlas Park]]. Above you, the city is in a constant Time Flux. It will be Villains such as yourself that will make a very tangible difference in our future. Quite literally, in fact.

[[Lord Recluse]] has conquered his way into this time continuum and has forced some captured D.A.T.A. scientists to make Temporal Anchors that will change the entire city. Those traitorous scientists, however, have built security systems on the pillboxes that prevent us from fully controlling them. This is where you come in.

Before joining the battle topside, make sure that you are fully debriefed on the situation. Go see [[Arbiter Uller]] for more information. You will find him in the center of the next chamber standing near the Operations map.
