Level 30-34
You should strike up a conversation with a fellow who goes by the name Hard Luck. He's a casino enforcer, and he knows all the ins and outs of St. Martial. Plus, he can get you Natural and Technology Enhancements.
Hard Luck is a cold-hearted man, but he gets his job done. Learn from him.
I know a guy by the name of Hardcase. Have you heard the rumors of demons plaguing St. Martial? Well, Hardcase supposedly hunts these monsters and is looking for freelancers to help him with his work. He can get you Magic and Natural Enhancements.
Hardcase is a fairly serious man, but considering his profession, it's understandable.
You should look up Vivacious Verandi. She's a relative of the Verandis, but lately she spends most of her time hanging out with the Carnival. She's interested in everything St. Martial has to offer, and she can afford to pay you well. Viv has access to Mutant and Magic Enhancements.
Viv is a frisky girl. Be wary of her.
Information
Broker
Ian is a professional gambler whose luck ran a little too good in Babylon. Most of the casinos banned the irishman, so he took up fixing instead.
Wrong Broker
Are ye sure you're looking for me? Maybe you want Isabel the Knife instead.
Too Low Level
Sorry, my friend. I deal only with the big ones. Threat Level 30 and higher. I'd have to sail back to Ireland with me hat in me hands if I stooped any lower.
Initial contact
Faith and begorrah, a fellow blackheart. Pleased to meet you, Character. I'm Ian the Shark. It's a fair name, I'd wager, as I've won more than me fair share o' games in me life, and not a one of them fairly. That's why they banned me from the Giza, they did. 'Tis fair enough though. I've got a new gig helping scoundrels like you break into the local banks and casinos. Split the profits with me and I promise I'll never cheat you.
Greeting
Sorry, mate. I've got nothin' for ye now.
Too Busy
Ye've got enough goin' on now, boyo. Give me a whistle when you've finished some of your own schemes.
