This device was invented by Positron, specifically to interfere with the signals the Clockwork King uses to animate his minions. This is the Mark III model. It still has only one shot, but should be more effective and last a longer amount of time.
How to Get
This power is granted to the team leader upon accepting the Check out the three warehouses mission in the Synapse Task Force.
