Briefing

I'm working the Vanguard angle that Infernal hinted at, but we need to get Statesman out of Dominatrix and Marauder's clutches. One of the Freedom Phalanx will meet you in Praetorian Earth to help you rescue Statesman.

We are not ready! Dominatrix: You will be defeated! Dominatrix: Emperor Cole's armies will march upon Paragon City! Dominatrix: You really are a troublesome beast! Dominatrix: Victory over me assures nothing! After Defeating Dominatrix: Dominatrix: I've been to your world, it needs a bit more Emperor Cole in my opinion! Positron: Programming? I wonder what that was all about. Marauder Before Combat: Marauder: Upload is proceeding. Combat: Marauder: Gotta hold off these punks til we can finish the programming! Marauder: Pathetic whelp! After talking to "Statesman" Positron: It's not perfect, but properly programmed this thing could have brought down all the War Walls in Paragon City, and likely shut down all Vanguard communication channels. Paragon City would have been ripe for an invasion at that point! Positron: I trust you to find and rescue Statesman. I have some business I need to take care of in Praetoria. I can make my own way back.

Debriefing

Excellent work, uncovering that Hyper Advanced Clockwork before it could infiltrate probably saved all of Paragon City and maybe even the entire planet. One last thing to do is find the real Statesman and I think I know just where he might be.
