Now that City Info Tracker's being changed around, I won't need this list very much longer. This is the list of badges that Bob the Biohazard can still earn. While it may not be all the badges that there are (anniversary, etc.), it is, for all intents and purposes, all the rest of them. This list will grow a bit with each Issue release, but hopefully it will get smaller over time rather than larger.
