Troy Hickman

Overview

Troy Hickman is a writer who wrote three comic book issues for the City of Heroes comic. He wrote the Smoke and Mirrors story arc which encompassed issue 4, 5 and 6 for the Top Cow run of the comic. He is quite active on the official forums.
