Setting Up Your In-game Experience
Customizations
City of Heroes offers far more customization than most games, especially most MMOs. However, it was written before LUA came on the scene, and CoX never adopted UI scripting like LUA.

Quickchat Menu
This Quickchat Menu was developed expressly for Rebirth. It is served via our Discord, under the #files-and-links channel. The latest version of this file is at https://discord.com/channels/568451050181492736/739993754949124166/889292480879665173. After you download Rebirth's quickhat.mnu file, and while you're not logged into the game, place this file in the following path under where you installed City of Heroes: <CoX-Rebirth-directory>\data\texts\English\Menus. You may need to create those sub-folders if they don't already exist.
