Overview

Electricity leaps and sparks at your command. You can use raw electrical power to paralyze, knockdown and drain the endurance of foes.

Electric Control is a primary powerset for Controllers and Dominators.

This premium powerset is available on the Paragon Market, as part of the Going Rogue expansion, or free for VIP Players while subscribed.
