This lance pierces the target, causing an initial burst of extreme energy and lethal damage that then causes a minor amount of damage over time. Kinetic Lance awards 3 stacks of Impulse if the interruptible version is used, if instant-cast this power will award 2 stacks of Impulse. This is a sniper attack, and is best fired from a distance, as it can be interrupted. If you have more than 97% To-Hit, this attack becomes instant-cast.
You load and fire a high-velocity Sniper Round from your Assault rifle. This round is very accurate and has a very long range, and deals Extreme Lethal damage and can knock down its target. Like most sniper attacks, you must take your time to aim, so this attack can be interrupted. If you have more than 97% To-Hit, this attack becomes instant-cast.

You form the potential energies around you into shockwave that erupts from your body and strikes nearby enemies. This shockwave causes moderate smashing and energy damage on impact and reduces the damage of affected foes. The force of the impact may knock affected targets down. Kinetic Shockwave consumes all stacks of Impulse and its knockdown chance and damage scale with the number of consumed stacks. If used when you have 5 stacks of Impulse, this power has a chance to stun nearby foes and has a chance to also immediately refresh Coalescence.
You execute a spinning attack that first strikes with your fist and finally your heel hitting your foe and all enemies immediately nearby. Spinning Strike deals Heavy Smashing damage and has a high chance to knockdown foes.

Overview

Miliary Assault is a power set that is that is a primary for Guardians and a secondary set for Dominators.

"Your mastery of Military Assault allows you to destroy your enemies with brutal precision. Blast your foes with powerful attacks from you military grade assault rifle and pummel them with brutal close quarters combat techniques. Your attacks can also inflict a variety of debilitating effects on your foes, including stunning them, reducing their defenses, knocking them down, or slowing their movement."

Burst

Incendiary Round

You load and fire a blazing Incendiary Round from your Assault Rifle, dealing High Lethal and Fire damage to your target. The burst of white-hot shrapnel can also set ablaze all foes in a small area around the target, causing them to take Minor Fire damage over time.
