How to Sell
Invention: This enhancement cannot be sold to stores. It can be sold for ??full crafting value?? inf during Power Respecification or on the Consignment House.
Store-Bought: This enhancement cannot be sold to stores. ??It cannot be sold during Power Respecification.?? Due to its account-bound status, it cannot be sold on the Consignment House.
Effects
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.Invention: Gives a 20% chance of granting the power's target endurance equal to 10% of their maximum endurance.
Store-Bought: Gives a 1.5PPM chance of granting the power's target endurance equal to 10% of their maximum endurance.
