I have a slightly different understanding of the way its awarded - apparantly it is for having the 1000 temporal points at the time of the dimensional reversion. I have been told by someon on triumph who PvP's more than I that the powers are awarded if you have eough points even if you 'lost' the zone. | |||
One of my 50's has this power right now. Whats the best way to get all the relevant details ? | |||

I have a slightly different understanding of the way its awarded - apparantly it is for having the 1000 temporal points at the time of the dimensional reversion. I have been told by someon on triumph who PvP's more than I that the powers are awarded if you have eough points even if you 'lost' the zone.
