I have a slightly different understanding of the way its awarded - apparantly it is for having the 1000 temporal points at the time of the dimensional reversion. I have been told by someon on triumph who PvP's more than I that the powers are awarded if you have eough points even if you 'lost' the zone.
One of my 50's has this power right now. Whats the best way to get all the relevant details ?
A fight with a demorecord running ?
