But I strongly disagree with simply deleting information. If there's a better place for the information that doesn't belong on this page, then please move it there, don't just delete it. :Freespecs and costume tokens are not part of Issue 17, they are gifts from the devs acknowledging that changes have been made (to powers or costumes) for which you might want to adjust your build/costume. They are covered in [[Power Respecification]] and [[Costumes#Fees|Costumes]], respectively. I put back in the information on the freespec, costume token, and external links. I'm all for deleting duplicated information found elsewhere on the wiki; or for moving information to a better place. But I strongly disagree with simply deleting information. If there's a better place for the information that doesn't belong on this page, then please move it there, don't just delete it.
