Issue 18 Badges
Overview
Issue 18 introduced many new badges to the game which either dealt with the new Praetorian content or the Going Rogue side-switching system. In addition, the vast majority of existing badges which had previously been exclusively Hero- or Villain-oriented were now available to characters of the other alignment once they started moving through the morality system.

Upon the release of Issue 18, access to all Praetorian zones was limited to new Praetorian characters.
