This costume will let you dress up as one of Vahzilok's creations at any time. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.

This costume is not available during Halloween Events.

Game codes for this costume power were given out NCsoft's Northern California Meet and Greet on November 6, 2010. One code permanently unlocks this power on all characters (Heroes and Villains, current and future) for one account
