Account purchases can be claimed through the email system on every character on an account. You have to claim the purchase on each character you want to unlock the part on. There is a claim all button to receive all possible account purchases on a character. Account purchases cannot be traded to another account. An account purchase can be claimed on every character on an account, unlike a character purchase that can only be claimed once on a single character.

All [[Ascension Armor Costume Set|Ascension costume parts]] can only be claimed on a level 50 character, but there is an option to hide certificates that cannot be claimed.
